Peak

The project was designed by considering a monumental mountain formed by various volcanic activities and the natural space established in harmony by the stone masses around it, with an exhibition space setup. The outward energy of the earth is the most fundamental force that establishes space. The juxtaposition of the stone masses that were once lava leads the traveler to the mountain with a linear line. Following the path to the interior of this mountain reveals a huge void inside the mountain. The minimal relationship between the uneven surfaces surrounding the void and the exhibition elements highlights both the works and the space as exhibition elements.
